The bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Wagoner moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 2. Without objection, the bill was returned to second reading. 2004-03-22 Senate Journal Page 2605 Senator Wagoner offered Amendment No. 2 : Page 5, line 2, following "occurred;": Delete "or" Senator Wagoner moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2. Senator French objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, Amendment No. 2 was adopted.
